In compliance with our legal obligations, Liberty Warehouse will collect and process data on food allergies submitted by customers. Where this is collected it will be processed securely and only held by the organization for as long as is necessary to provide services to related customers.

If you are successful and we hire you, we will keep your CV and resume as part of your employee record for the duration of your employment with us. We will keep CVs, resumes and other submitted documents by rejected candidates for no longer than 6 (six) months, unless we obtained their consent to keep it for longer.
